This 750-space garage is the closest parking lot to the Horowitz Center. Horowitz Center patrons are encouraged to arrive 30-40 minutes prior to showtime. This is especially important if you are attending a performance on a weekday when classes are in session.

About the venue
Hailed by Frank Bruni in The New York Times as a “stunning music hall with sumptuous acoustics” and by Tim Smith in The Baltimore Sun as “architecturally and acoustically inviting,” the beautiful Earl and Darielle Linehan Concert Hall seats 375 people and is the site of both professional and student performances produced by UMBC Department of Music, as well as distinguished lectures and other events. Linehan Concert Hall is equipped with a 9-foot Steinway grand concert piano and cutting edge recording and performance technologies.
Linehan Concert Hall is located in UMBC’s new Performing Arts and Humanities Building, and is located about 15 minutes from Baltimore’s Inner Harbor and about 25 minutes from the Washington Beltway (I-495).
Directions
From downtown Baltimore, take I-95 south, then take Exit 47B and follow clearly marked signs to Route 166 and UMBC. As you enter the campus, proceed straight through the first roundabout, and then turn left at the second roundabout to merge onto the inner loop of Hilltop Circle, the road that surrounds the campus. At the traffic light at Hilltop Road, take a right, and then an immediate left into Parking Lot 8.
From I-695, take Exit 12C onto Wilkens Avenue heading west. At the roundabout, turn left to enter campus on Hilltop Road. Proceed straight through the traffic light, and then take an immediate left into Parking Lot 8.
From the Washington area, take I-95 north toward Baltimore, then take Exit 47B and follow clearly marked signs to Route 166 and UMBC. As you enter the campus, proceed straight through the first roundabout, and then turn left at the second roundabout to merge onto the inner loop of Hilltop Circle, the road that surrounds the campus. At the traffic light at Hilltop Road, take a right, and then an immediate left into Parking Lot 8.

Parking
The Performing Arts and Humanities Building, recognizable by its distinctive stainless steel façade, is located next to Lot 8.
You are welcome to park in Lot 8 for all evening and weekend events free of charge.
The Concert Hall lobby is located on the side of the building closest to the traffic light. Enter at the doorway shown above, underneath the Dance Cube that juts out from the building. The Concert Hall’s box office is located in the lobby area.

The Peale is Baltimore’s Community Museum, housed in the oldest museum building in the United States.
More than two hundred years after the museum was established in 1814, The Peale is once again going strong. We’re building an inclusive archive of Baltimore stories and offering a showcase for the city’s storytellers that honors their importance and historical value.
The Peale’s mission is to provide local creators and storytellers with the space and support they need to realize a complete and accessible cultural legacy for the city of Baltimore.

The Peale is located at 225 Holliday Street, in downtown Baltimore, Maryland, between Zion Church and the Real News Network, and across the street from the Abel Wolman Municipal Building.

The Peale is well served by public transportation and is near stops for City Hall, the War Memorial, and Farmers’ Market on the Purple, Orange, Red, Blue, Yellow CityLink lines and the free Green Charm City Circulator Route, as well as LocalLink routes 54, 56, 154, 67, 78, 80 and Express BusLink routes 105, 115, 160, 154, 164. The Peale is a short walk from the Charles Center and Shot Tower Stations.
There is on-street parking and numerous lots around the Peale. The most affordable hourly parking is in the municipal lot underneath the I-83/Jones Falls overpass on Saratoga Street between Gay and Holliday Streets.

First Lutheran Church is one of the largest Lutheran churches in Howard County and is a part of First Lutheran the Baltimore-West Conference of the Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). First Lutheran was originally built in 1956. As the church's congregation grew, new buildings were added in 1988. The newest round sanctuary was added in 1996 and can seat 600. This active congregation owns and maintains a wide variety of rain gardens and native plants. The church has not only traditional services, but it offers special programs (youth, counseling, educational classes and special community activities).

There is ample free parking in the church parking lot, which is accessible from both Frederick Road & Chatham Road.
